Excellent boots so far, 8.22.2008

I got these boots a few days ago and I am loving them so far. They were a little uncomfortable when I first put them on but after wearing them for two days they are becoming quite comfortable. I haven't had the opportunity to really put them to the test, durability-wise but they look like they will be able to hold up to the challenge. These are my first side zipper boots so I have no base for comparison other than regular lace up boots but I do like having the zipper their, it makes it much faster and easier to put on and take off and it doesn't compromise comfort. The only comfort issue I had was slight friction above my heel, but that was only with one boot and it was gone after the first day wearing them.
On the whole I think it is a great boot for the price
